After 20,000 operating hours, at the latest after 3 years (Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) Section 15 para. 15), you must take a closer look at your biogas fan. Seals and bearings must be replaced, components must be checked for wear or corrosion. After all, the fan should continue to do its job safely and reliably – without any unpleasant surprises.

Minimal downtime due to replacement unit

The necessary tests on the ATEX fan, e.g. for leakage and imbalance, require several days and cannot be carried out on site at your plant. However, every day of standstill of your plant is associated with costs. This does not have to be the case: with an identical replacement unit, the change is done within 1-2 hours. You simply return your old unit to us and receive a credit note.

We will handle the entire process

We deliver the replacement unit and collect the old unit from you after the exchange. No customs formalities, no transport organisation, no paperwork for you. It couldn’t be any simpler.

As easy as this:

• You send us your unit number and the desired delivery date with your order.
• You will receive an identical replacement fan free of charge in proven quality including a 12-month warranty. A lead time of approx. 10 working days is sufficient for this.
• You replace the unit and place the old fan on the pallet you received from us, ready for collection.
• We collect the old unit from you. That’ s it!

Don’t ever…

• open the housing of an ATEX fan yourself. There is a risk of sparking if the unit is not assembled properly!
• make any modifications to the unit and do not allow anyone else to do so either! Tampering by third parties will invalidate the declaration of conformity; the unit may then no longer be operated in an Ex zone
